How we do Business

We manufacture most of our products to order however we do stock a limited supply of fast moving items. Let us help you select the items that best fit your needs at a price you can afford and then the process of manufacturing begins. 

Select the products, the quality and size.
Looking for a high quality bath towels for a spa? Try our Premium Caress Brand Towel which is 28"x60" (71cm x 152cm). If you have a bigger body size and want a larger towel, our bath sheets will do the trick. Start by selecting the product then choose which of our three quallites, Caress, Super Caress or Premium Caress is best for you.

Choose your color.
We have a broad selection of colors available but if you have a color scheme selected and would like us to color match our products, we can do that too. Color matching is more of an art than a science and there may be slight variations.

In stock or Production.
If we don't have the item in stock, we begin production upon collection of a deposit of 50% of the total purchase price. If your products require additional customization such as embroidery or printing, an additional 25% deposit will be required before final customization can begin. The balance will then be due upon collection.

Inspection and collection.
After dyeing or final customization, we inspect and pack your goods for collection from our factory or we can arrange shipping to most cities in East and Central Africa. We use a network of licensed and insured shippers to deliver quantities ranging from truck loads to container loads with affordable rates for both freight and insurance.
